Hannah & Drew got to meet Father Christmas in advance of the big day next month in the Harlequin Centre, Watford.

Hannah asked for something to do with Peppa Pig and Drew probably wanted whatever Father Christmas was eating at the time.

November is Chilly

So Hannah, Drew and myself went for a chilly walk to feed the ducks over at Letchmore Heath, Hannah grabbed the bread and we packed the car and off we went. There wasn't many ducks around, only about half a dozen or so, and they soon scoffed the bread that Hannah was chucking their way, Drew was happy to sit in the buggy and watch.

When the bread was exhausted I suggested a walk as Hannah was adamant she didn't want to go home, so we walked up to to Village Hall, taking a few pictures here and there. We passed the only village pub called The Three Horseshoes, Hannah asked if we were going in, I suggested on the way back a cheeky pint was in order, she agreed and off we went. Lo and behold we were back at the pub in no time at all. We pilled in a Pint for me, 2 fresh Orange juices and a packet of Twiglets for the Kids and a quiet corner was occupied by us. The pub dog, a young Boxer called Angel wandered over and Hannah fed her most of the Twiglets. And as always happens when you are enjoying yourself in a nice pub, time flew and it was time to go. A quick stop at the War Memorial as it's that time of year, and it was in the car and the short trip home.
